GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our standard processing times are currently 3-7 business days. Please note orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.
LOST PACKAGES
TameTheStorm uses two types of shipping carriers: USPS (orders valued below $30) and UPS (orders valued above $30+). We as a company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received however to combat this issue, we're now offering package insurance for your lost, damage or stolen packages.
This is completely optional however we strongly recommend you opt-in & pay a small fee starting at $1.99 at checkout. By doing this you're covered on any lost or damage packages.
In the event that this happens, please file a claim through email.
Please include: Order Number in the subject.
Once your order has been received, your reshipment will be processed & shipped in less than 48 hours.
INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check shipping address before placing your order with TameTheStorm however If the order is already placed with the incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us immediately so we may make the change before processing your order.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is inputted correctly. If given the wrong address, and the parcel is returned to us, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to ensure the parcel is re-delivered to the correct address.
