Refund Policy

General Refund Information

Refunds are acceptable once your order hasn't been shipped, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to refund you once your package has been delivered however if there's a problem with your order, we ask you to contact us immediately > < so that we can resolve this issue. 

Refunds can take 3-7 business days to be processed and posted to your payment method, sometimes sooner depending on your bank. 

 If we receive a dispute or "chargeback" through your bank, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and/or challenge the dispute. Once a dispute is in place, we will be unable to provide you a refund on the transaction.

Faulty/Damaged Products

In the event that the product arrives damaged, you will be required to submit photo evidence. Once we have inspected the product, we will issue a refund immediately, you may also be offered and/or request a replacement rather than a refund.

Missing Products(s)

If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by reshipping that item(s) as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
