Where does TAMETHESTORM ship to? 

We ship to every state within the United States, Canada & Europe. We are also currently working on expanding our shipping horizons to other continents & territories.

The founders being from the Caribbean Island of St.Kitts & Nevis are also working on shipping to their home country but all hope isn't lost because we accept U.S P O Box addresses. 


Where's my order?

Please observe our processing times which have been temporarily extended up to 14 business days due to the large influx of orders.  

*Processing doesn't include weekends & holidays


How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package via USPS. Tracking number will be sent via EMAIL. 

I inserted the wrong shipping address & what should I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours so that we may update your shipping address, if your package was already shipped & returned to us we will reship your package however you will have to pay reshipment fees (the same amount paid on the original order) due to the incorrect or missing apartment number. 

Incorrect addresses will also result in a delayed shipment so we ask you to triple check your shipping address before purchasing.


I received damaged goods, what should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that & we want to make it up to you. Please send us a picture to confirm the damage done to your product(s) within 48 hours of delivery


Can I get a refund for my order?

Refunds are acceptable once your order hasn't been shipped, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to refund you once your package has been delivered however if there's a problem with your order we ask you to contact us immediately so that we can resolve this issue.
