There was a long delay with the processing/shipping of my order. No problem. The product arrived damaged so I reached out to the company who directed me to make a claim. Claim company says it’s too late to make a claim. How Sway? This was my second purchase, but this experience changed my mind about continued support of this business. Resolve customer issues folks-particularly when you at fault.
